Hi there:
Just a quick note to let you know that the Villa is beautiful and has exceeded our expectations! Upon arrival last night after flying for 27 hours, we found everything in great order, and really look forward to a relaxing holiday in your beautiful house. We had an issue with the main bath toilet not flushing properly when we arrived, but we phoned the office and the very helpful staff came and fixed it right away. We have not been here for three years, and are amazed with the construction that has gone on. We will be sure to let our friends and family know what a gem you have here!

Message:This accommodation is really spectacular. Very large, possibly too big for 2 adults and 2 babies! Clean, large, great kitchen and laundry facilities too. 2 times clean a week, free water, free shuttle. Very classy feel. It was pain to have to catch a shuttle sometimes twiceeverytime you wanted to leave the villa, espcially waiting in the heat if they did not run on time with 2 little kids too. Make sure to go to the beach at the Sheraton and eat the beach food, cooked by locals but not local prices, everything in the area is about double the price of somewhere like Karon or Kata. Maybe the hotel gets a cut?Also, at the Sheraton, they have 2 baby elephants that were the highlight of the trip. So wonderful for kids to experience. Just call Holiday Club reception or Sheraton themselves to see where Lucky and Lilly are on a given day. They are well worth it. Take the kids to the Holiday Club Kids Club we did not leave ours, we never do. Possibly better for large groups or those wanting to relax at the villa, rather than be out and about. Recommended overall as a great place.

Message: I was aprehensive about privately paying for a villa over the internet, but I was reassured by Lagunas confirmation and thier acknowledgement of King as an owner.
The villa is set within a very large complex with plenty of facilities for most tastes. The 3 bed villa is great. Inside it has good size bed rooms, new bathrooms and kitchen. Outside the pool, gardens and day bed are fantastic. Great value for money in my opinion.
There are only a couple of negatives that I have. The first is the transport that runs through the resort which is slow and runs every 30 mins. Although it runs on time i would suggest renting a car or moped for your stay this is very cheap. Secondly there are quite a lot of mosquitos. This is typical of a tropical climate but go prepared with repelent etc.
I went for 8 days to relax and catch up on some well needed sleep. This was the perfect place to do this but it is not the full Thai experience.

Message: Like everyone else we werent sure about booking over the internet, but the confirmation from the Holiday club also put us at ease and we had no issues checking in.The place was great everything met our expectations. The staff at the Holiday club were quick to sort out any issues. Renting a car would be of benefit for next time. We will definitely consider staying here again next time.

service.The shuttle service worked well,but decided to hire transport for a few days so as to be more independent.Everything worked well in the villa and enjoyed the swimming pool,sala and

Message: Well what can I say, apart from what a fabulous place! I stayed in the town house and it was just beautiful. Everything was luxurious, it had everything you could possibly need and was sparkling clean. The resort in general is very nice with plenty to do. Found all the staff on resort to be very friendly and professional. Would love to go again and stay for a month! Thank you!

Message: What a superb Villa and townhouse! Look at the images on this site and add in the soothing sounds the ripple of water and the still of the night Smell the fresh grass. dip in the pool, crack open a beer and then recline in excellent accomodation both inside and out. Top Class! thanks to Ralph and King made it all very easy and an enjoyable holiday. I recommend a walk along the resort beach as the sun sets. Bliss

Message: WOW! My reaction when I arrived, and still my reaction a week into the stay.Stunning, stunning accomodation. Luxurious and clean, with lovely restaurants, golf course and walks along the beach all on the doorstep. Renting a car is easy for trips further afield. Resort setup and staff were great.

Message: Imense resort. Can be confusing to start with but the bus service helps you get around easily & enjoy the whole area to the max.
Lovely accomodation with everything you need to make it homely & luxurious. Pool & veranda worth their weight in gold.
Cant wait until our little one is a bit older to take him to see what he missed in the womb!

Message: I stayed in this villa with my husband, small child and parentsinlaw. It was a perfect setting for a family holiday with lots of space. My motherinlaw is a little unsteady on her feet so having a downstairs bedroom and bathroom was perfect. The pool & garden area were wonderfully kept and large and spacious and very quiet and private. The resorts shuttle bus was regular and easy to use. Laguna beach has lots to offer with great facilities and lovely beach & lagoon. Overall our experience was wonderful and we would highly recommend to friends and family. We are hoping to return again very soon

Message: We had a great experience staying at this property. The house itself is really very nice and is very spacious. I especially liked the outside area with the private pool. The Laguna area is overall fantastic, its very secure and there are free shuttle services that takes you all over the complex. Laguna is a little far from alot of the main tourist attractions of Phuket but we had no trouble arranging inexpensive private cars to take us wherever we wanted. I think its probably the nicest area to stay in Phuket if your main goal is to relax and enjoy the great food at many of the resturants on offer. There were just a few negatives. The staff were very friendly however, we had to repeatly followup with some housekeeping issues and often things were not done when we were advised they would be. Our main issue was that we were under the impression that we could use all the facilities of all the resorts within the Laguna complex including the pools. However we found this wasnt the case for a majority of the other resorts. This was an option however if we were to purchase a day pass approx AUD10.00 per person, valid once per resort. We later met with the owner of the villa who very nice and was surprised we were told of the daypass as his impression was also what we had orginally been advised. Will just mention also that my father who travelling with us had a health issue and was taken to hospital, there is an 24hr medical centre within the laguna village centre and a nurse came out to our villa in the middle of the night to access my father and arranged his quick transfer to the Bangkok Phuket Hospital. We were extremely pleased with the care he received and our fears of him being treated in a foreign country were all but diminised. Overal we could not fault their standard of care. Ultimately everyone made it home and safe and well and I would have no problem in recommending Thailand to anyone to anyone and in particular this resort.
