  • 30% Deposit with balance due 8 weeks before arrival

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable after 14 days of confirmation.
 
Arrival - 7 weeks prior to departure: 85% of rate.
 
In case of no Show : 100% of rate.
 
There are no refunds for early departure. No refunds or reductions are available for failure of utility supplies or malfunction of
 
mechanical or electrical goods experiencing maintenance problems ie., dishwashers, washing machines,
 
televisions, DVD or VCR players, heating, air conditioning, swimming pools or any other appliances or amenities.
 
If you experience any failure to equipment please report ASAP so we can have it checked out.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of 6000 bhats is required on Check in and will be returned on Check out subject to inspection.

Check In-Check Out

Transfers

Transfer will be arranged for you and charged locally. (600bhats per taxi 1000bhats per minibus) You will be taken directly to the villa and be met by my rental manager: Miss Dao Sitanon Who will show you around the house and give you any further information regarding the resort.

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.

We have a streamlined, efficient check-in process to enable you to get to your villa quickly upon arrival. Please be aware that due to the nature of holiday rentals the cleaning companies may need extra time. Properties are not always available on time especially during peak seasons.

Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

Late departure depends on the availability of the villa and may be chargable. Transfer to the airport can be arranged for you if you are leaving straight away and charged locally. If there is a delay in your departure you can use the facilities at the Laguna Village Clubhouse or Holiday Club.

Inclusions

We will provide on arrival 6 bottles of water and toilet rolls for each bathroom Toiletries are not included. Cleaning is twice a week approx. every 3/4 days subject to weekends. Extra cleans can be provided at extra costs. Towels and bed linen are provided and will be exchanged approx. every 3/4 days subject to weekends.

Damage

Please report any damages/breakages immediately so that that we can replace before the next arrivals and also to avoid delay time at check out.

Smoking

All our properties are no smoking however smoking is generally permitted on balconies, patios and terraces.

Pets

Pets are not permitted.

Special requirements

If you have any special requirements these should be requested at the time of booking. We will do all we can to accommodate everyone to the best of their ability.

Locked out charges / Lost keys

Please take care of the keys while you are renting. We reserve the right to charge for lost keys.

Minimum age for rental

We will not rent a holiday property to anyone under the age of 18 unless accompanied by a guardian. Any booking made under false pretences will be subject to loss in full of payment and result in possible eviction.

Behaviour

We would remind all renters that they should behave in a considerate manner, Loud music and behaviour is not permitted. Management reserve the right to evict anyone causing a disturbance or being a nuisance, without refund. Violation of the property rules including the throwing or dropping of objects from patios or balconies, will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental monies and deposit.

Checking of property whilst occupied

Whilst every effort is made to ensure you are not disturbed during your stay, an authorised employee or repairman may enter your property to affect any essential repairs.

Extending your stay

If your property is available and not been previously booked by another then we can usually grant an extension of a few hours. If you wish to extend beyond that then you will be charged at the appropriate rate. If we have to move you to another property then you will be charged the appropriate rate for that property. If there is any further information you require, please do not hesitate to contact me. During your stay my rental manager will be on hand to help you in all aspects of your stay. ie. Tours, Resort & Island Information, Taxis, Shopping etc.
